The IAWP will be participating with the Combined Fund Drive (CFD) and multiple agency in a softball tournament in Auburn. Listed below are a few Q& A.
What is the cost? $180
What do we get? To have a great time playing softball with co-workers, family and friends. You will also get a t-shirt, hat and lunch. The lunch will be a hotdog, homemade chili, chips and water.
Can I purchase food for my family attending? Concessions will be available for purchase.
Does our team win anything? Trophies will be provided for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Pick your charity of choice and winning teams winnings will be donated to the charity you picked.
Can we help with donations for the charity? Each team will need to provide a donated basket to represent the team…try to be creative
How many can be on a team? 12 players
Can I just come to watch and not play? Of course we always need team spirit to make the game a memorable event!
Can I help with other things for this amazing event? We have areas that could always need reliable volunteers such as set up, tear down, help with food prep, advertising, etc. If interested contact event organizers.
*Also all you Power Hitters! We will have a homerun derby at the end of the tournament.
